Gold Coast home damaged in early morning blaze

 Fire crews have extinguished a blaze that broke out in a home in Broadbeach Waters.

The fire started in the Monaco St property around 5.45am.

Four QFES crews attended the scene with the blaze quickly brought under control.

It’s understood the home had been boarded up.
